This project is defined as a 650 student PK-8 school to be situated on the current school site located in the Cincinnati Public School System. The site is 27 acres with 7 usable acres. Associates from FOPPE were responsible for completing the civil design in accordance with Cincinnati Public Schools and the Ohio Schools Facility Commission Standards.

This facility required a combined sewer overflow. FOPPE’s communication with the Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD), Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) and Cincinnati Public Works enabled this facility to exceed the minimum requirements for sanitary discharge.

FOPPE’s value added engineering solutions provided Cincinnati Public Schools with additional sanitary sewer credits to be used at an alternate location, as needed.
