FOPPE was hired to provide environmental management and geotechnical characterization for site work and foundation construction, and to perform construction materials testing during construction for three (3) elementary schools (Evendale / Sharonville / Stewart).
Our Turn-Key Site Development capabilities provided Princeton City Schools "Valued Engineering" by combining the geotechnical investigation with environmental assessment. Our Environmental Management concept provided an additional savings of over $250,000 during the asbestos abatement and hazardous material assessment for these three schools.
FOPPE has also been retained to provide materials testing in association with soils compaction for the overall development of site grades, foundation construction, concrete testing, sub-grade testing for slabs-on-grade and pavement construction, density testing for aggregate base and asphaltic concrete pavement, and reinforcing steel inspection for concrete construction. |
